Before processing a resume received from a third-party, the Company sends the candidate an email giving them an opportunity to opt-out of using our services. The Company will permanently destroy the resume of any candidate who chooses to opt-out of using our services. Candidates who choose not to opt-out of using our services are placed in the Company’s talent directory and asked to edit their personal profile.
