Hiring managers can access a directory of pre-vetted, ready-to-hire candidates for W-2 contract jobs, schedule interviews and extend offers. Standing in as the employer of record, HireArt digitally onboards new hires and is responsible for payroll, time & attendance, benefits administration, and compliance. Using HireArt, candidates can apply not only to specific requisitions for W-2 contract jobs but also build profiles accessible to a broad universe of hiring managers who can engage them about contract jobs they have not applied to. HireArt, in short, helps candidates find the best jobs with ease, and hiring managers cost-effectively hire the best candidates with short fill times and high fill-rates. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect through our website as it may be modified, relocated and/or redirected from time to time (the “Site”), and to resumes that we receive from a variety of sources including the candidates themselves, staffing agencies, payroll providers and resume databases, that are used to populate our talent directory. Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a natural person.

We collect personal information about candidates in the form of resumes received from a variety of sources including the candidates themselves, staffing agencies, payroll providers, and resume databases.
Before processing a resume received from a third-party, the Company sends the candidate an email giving them an opportunity to opt-out of using our services. The Company will permanently destroy the resume of any candidate who chooses to opt-out of using our services. Candidates who choose not to opt-out of using our services are placed in the Company’s talent directory and asked to edit their personal profile. We may track your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. For example, we may use web beacons to help us determine what links or advertisers brought you to our Site. We do not have the capability to support the Do Not Track (DNT) browser setting. DNT is a preference you can set in your browser’s settings to let the websites you visit know that you do not want the websites collecting your personal information.
