HireArt is looking to hire an SMB Customer Support representative to work on-site at WhatsApp’s Menlo Park offices. In this role, you’ll provide support to WhatsApp business customers, including high touch support via email. You’ll work to ensure a quality experience with a high degree of professionalism, and communicate trends to the Market Support team to improve products.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ experience in online operations support
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with native Spanish proficiency
- Experience supporting customers via email
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Self-starter with the ability to work well autonomously
- Ability to quickly absorb training on product and tool functionality
- Penchant for web technology, including various web and mobile apps
- Passionate about quality and user experience
- Evening and weekend availability
Commitment: This is a 6 mo. contract. Shift hours are 10am - 7pm.
