Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a Technical Program Manager (Salesforce) to work onsite at Facebook's Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. You'll work closely with the Strategy, Planning, and Operations team within the Media Partnerships department. This department engages thousands of media publishers every day, managing partnerships through CRM tools. In this role, you’ll project-manage assessing and improving Salesforce and CRM strategies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage day-to-day operational aspects of Salesforce/CRM projects 
  • Develop strategies to optimize internal tools and products as they relate to Salesforce and CRM
  • Identify technical requirements, troubleshoot bugs, and implement testing plans
  • Understand policies and risks to effectively translate them into scaled workflows that improve support and product experiences
  • Measure and analyze the impact of workflows and day-to-day operations 
  • Influence and foster collaborative relationships, while engaging resources outside of direct control to gain consensus, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives
  • Surface insights and recommendations to team lead on an on-going basis, and represent the team in cross-functional meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 
  • 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on CRM tools administration
  • Standout executor with attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to drive results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple time zones and functions
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • Salesforce Certification a plus

Commitment: This is a 15 mo. contract.
