HireArt is looking to hire a Donations Support Specialist (Spanish) - Media Operations to work on-site at Facebook’s Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll become an expert in the support experience for fundraiser creators on Facebook.
- Develop and share deep expertise on Donate and Fundraiser products.
- Use excellent communication skills to educate creators on products, and provide feedback and recommendations when necessary.
- Support and respond to fundraiser creators on Facebook, troubleshooting quickly to resolve any issues.
- Identify trends and areas of opportunity based on support, and relay information to Partnerships and Media Operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Full bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- 1+ years experience in online operations, account management, or customer service
- 1+ years experience utilizing MS Excel in a professional capacity
- Experience in project management and working independently, with a track record of taking initiative in uncertain, dynamic environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong organization skills and the ability to drive results
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple time zones
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
Commitment: This is a 12 mo. contract, and may require weekend and holiday overtime availability.
