HireArt is looking to hire an Ad Operations Coordinator to work onsite at Facebook’s Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll coordinate and execute strategic campaigns for Facebook’s media partners.
You’ll own campaigns from start to finish in coordination with the Media Partnerships team to help achieve advertising objectives. The Media Partnerships team is the external arm of Facebook and works with the world's largest and most exciting media organizations and public figures on high profile product opportunities.
- Coordinate setup and execution of on-platform advertising campaigns from a portfolio of partners
- Develop and maintain reporting with actionable insights to be shared with internal teams
- Continual campaign analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience working within paid digital media and biddable platforms
- Knowledge of Facebook advertising products
- Experience with Excel, analyzing datasets, and delivering insights
- Experience with problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor
- Experience executing digital advertising on behalf of clients
- Knowledge of SQL
