Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a PT Customer Service Representative to work onsite at LoopSupport's Mountain View office on a contract basis. LoopSupport is a consulting firm that helps other companies improve their customer support, and in this role, you'll handle clients' email-based support tickets.  

The LoopSupport team is small and extremely friendly, with a very positive work environment. They're looking to find someone to work 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible - you can work whichever hours you like, between 9 AM and 7 PM. They'll work out a schedule that fits around your life! 

Responsibilities: 

  • Use online software to answer customer questions via email
  • Solve problems creatively
  • Escalate and summarize issues

Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong sense of empathy
  • Previous customer support experience with web-based tools (e.g. Zendesk)
  • Not a requirement, but a decent sense of humor doesn't hurt :)
  • College degree preferred

  • Commitment: This is a 3 - 6 mo. contract with opportunity for extension.
