We’re bringing performance, luxury and design to the natural beauty world.  At the core of the brand is uncompromising quality and efficacy.  The Retail Account Manager will be a key player in growing and improving the success of the Vintner’s Daughter global retail network. The Account Manager will be responsible for customer service with our retailers, increasing retail sales, and helping identify new retailers that are on-brand for Vintner’s Daughter. We’re looking for someone who understands what it means to educate, delight and engender trust at every step of partnering with our retailers. Reporting to the CEO and based in San Francisco, you will have a major impact on the growth and success of the company.  We promise you’ll be stimulated and inspired.


  • Helping our retailers be as successful as possible
  • Organizing and assisting with training for new retailers
  • Developing ongoing training and education programs for all staff members of retail accounts
  • Generating increased sales with established retailers
  • Partnering with retailers to design and execute effective marketing programs
  • Revitalizing dormant retailers
  • Providing best in industry customer service to retailers
  • Managing POs, invoicing and administrative tasks
  • Keeping CRM system organized and up to date with all relevant information
  • Measuring performance by account and in aggregate
  • Processing and packing retail shipments
  • Organizing, assessing and responding to requests from retailers wishing to become members of the Vintner’s Daughter retail network
  • Identifying new potential on-brand retail accounts in markets around the world
  • Supporting sales efforts to grow the retail network
  • A collaborative team player who can handle the chaos of a young company wearing multiple hats and helping where most needed
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Understands and has passion for the beauty industry
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in account management, sales, business development or similar role
  • Upbeat and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytic and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Team-oriented and adaptable; possessing problem-solving acumen
