Our clients tell us we deliver candidates that are a good fit for their companies and have drastically reduced the time to hire. We are focused on web tech and web enabled companies and work with many clients including Facebook, Airbnb, Eversource, Via, Google, and startups that are making their first hires.

As our Sales Development Associate, you’ll focus your attention on developing sales opportunities. Your first 30 days will be spent learning our sales processes and product. We will formally train you and then follow-up with training sessions every month. You’ll be led by an experienced sales manager who is focused on your success through ongoing mentorship.

Your first tasks will focus on qualifying prospects that come in from our demand generation/marketing activities. This will present the opportunity to close small sales and set meetings with those prospects.

This role will develop your skill set so that you are ready to take on a larger, inbound sales role, outbound demand generation, account management, or an enterprise sales role in the future.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Learn and live HireArt’s story, market position, product, and sales process.

  • Aid in the development of compelling marketing content that converts prospects into leads, adheres to HireArt’s brand standards, and concisely demonstrates HireArt’s differentiators.

  • Develop a nuanced understanding of the staffing markets in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and other major metropolitan areas. Use your research skills to build strategic prospecting lists utilizing internal and external research tools.

  • Maintain clear records of all client interactions in our CRM system, and analyze sales and marketing data to make strategic decisions and guide future campaigns.

  • Provide feedback on our lead generation processes, supporting continuous improvement, and refine and build processes that improve outcomes.

  • Enjoy working and having fun with a dedicated team.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of sales development, recruitment, or marketing experience

  • Staffing industry experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. You must be able to write in a compelling way, and clearly explain HireArt’s differentiators and values to potential clients.

  • You want to have a direct impact on improving the inefficiencies in the hiring process.

  • Excellent research skills, attentiveness to detail, and the ability to synthesize data and information quickly and accurately.
