HireArt is looking to hire an Event Coordinator to work-onsite at Facebook's Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you'll provide support to the Facilities Operations department on a special event project.
- Assist with registration and responding to inquiries regarding the event
- Support the Community Workshop with event preparations
- Provide assistance at the event
- Following the event, respond to all attendees and provide clear direction on next steps
- Enter captured data into a local database (Beamery)
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Experience coordinating or managing events
- General data entry skills or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to maintain flexibility and manage multiple priorities successfully
Commitment: This is a 2 mo. contract.
