Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire an Event Coordinator to work-onsite at Facebook's Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you'll provide support to the Facilities Operations department on a special event project. 


  • Assist with registration and responding to inquiries regarding the event 
  • Support the Community Workshop with event preparations
  • Provide assistance at the event 
  • Following the event, respond to all attendees and provide clear direction on next steps
  • Enter captured data into a local database (Beamery)
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Experience coordinating or managing events 
  • General data entry skills or related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Ability to maintain flexibility and manage multiple priorities successfully 

Commitment: This is a 2 mo. contract.
