Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a Salesforce Analyst to work onsite at Facebook’s Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you'll work closely with the Strategy, Planning, and Operations team within the Media Partnerships department. This department works with thousands of media publishers every day, managing partnerships through CRM tools. As Salesforce Analyst, you’ll focus on assessing and improving Salesforce and CRM strategies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to optimize internal tools and products as they relate to Salesforce and CRM
  • Identify technical requirements, troubleshoot bugs, and implement testing plans
  • Understand policies and risks to effectively translate them into scaled workflows that improve support and product experiences
  • Measure and analyze the impact of workflows and day-to-day operations 
  • Influence and foster collaborative relationships, while engaging resources outside of direct control to gain consensus, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives
  • Surface insights and recommendations to team lead on an on-going basis, and represent the team in cross-functional meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in data, reporting, and analytical problem solving
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM
  • Experience manipulating and visualizing datasets, using tools such as SQL or equivalent 
  • Advanced modeling skills in Excel
  • A strong team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Salesforce Certification a plus

Commitment: This is a 12 mo. contract.
