HireArt is looking to hire a Media Operations Contractor to work on-site at our client’s Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll create an exceptional support experience for public figures and media publishers across social media platforms.
We’re seeking a Media Operations Contractor with a background in customer support and/or online operations. The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator, highly analytical and detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Serve as an expert in the support experience for media partners.
- Develop and share deep expertise on content products and policies.
- Support and respond to partners, troubleshooting quickly to resolve any issues.
- Gather feedback, identify trends, and communicate opportunities for improvement to your team.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years experience customer support, account management, or online operations
- Professional experience with MS Excel
- Track record of managing projects independently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding written communication to effectively communicate via email
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as with cross-functional teams
- Professional familiarity with the media industry (advertising, marketing, social media, entertainment) a plus
Commitment: This is a full-time (40 hour per week), 6-month contract position based in Menlo Park, CA.
