Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a Customer Service Agent to work on-site at our client’s Seattle offices on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll respond to customer service escalations from all available support channels. You’ll also use your customer service expertise to oversee daily support operations and create and modify knowledge based articles in the Help Center. 

Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in customer support
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware on Windows OS
  • Knowledge of AV/VR and/or consumer electronic industries
  • Customer-focused and able to de-escalate emotional situations quickly and effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills while managing multiple ongoing projects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Experience in software, hardware, or game development a plus 

Commitment: This is a 6 mo. contract.
