HireArt is looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist to work on-site at our client’s Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll work to resolve customer app verification issues by providing high-touch customer support via email.
- Educate users about possible solutions and steps that can be taken to resolve verification issues.
- Communicate trends you’re seeing to help improve products.
- Maintain high-quality support and a high degree of professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in online operations
- Experience supporting customers via email
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to perform well autonomously
- Familiarity with web technology, including web and mobile apps
- Strong interest in quality and user experience
- Ability to read and write Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is a plus
Commitment: This is a 6 month contract. Available shifts are Sunday to Thursday 9am - 5:00pm or Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 5:00pm.
