HireArt is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work onsite at WhatApp's Menlo Park campus.
- Perform administrative tasks, including management of calendars, travel logistics, and expense reports.
- Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation.
- Prepare for and participate in all meetings, taking detailed notes for follow-up and preparing reports and summaries.
- Manage logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, on and off-site.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of administrative assistant experience, including complex calendar management, coordinating travel logistics, and expense report management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience working with teams in a truly global setup, with the ability to support multiple time-zones
- Ability to multi-task, managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive in anticipating needs, including learning and taking on additional responsibilities
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Extremely proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
