HireArt is looking to hire a Design Specialist to work on-site at our client’s San Francisco office on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll evaluate online home listings against specific home design criteria, and provide feedback to owners/hosts to improve home quality. An ideal candidate is an effective and empathetic communicator with a strong eye for design and detail.
- Evaluate home listings against design criteria.
- Communicate via email or phone to answer general program questions and offer guidance on interior design.
- Provide feedback to broader team to help improve overall processes.
- Bachelor's degree
- Education and/or professional experience in design (Interior design, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, or similar)
- 2+ years work experience in an operations or support role
- Customer focused with strong desire to help people
- Self-starter and team player
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Incredible attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to write articulate and warm emails
- Ability to participate thoughtfully during team alignment meetings and provide feedback on process improvements
Commitment: This is a 4-month contract.
