Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a Sales Operations Associate - Reseller Ecosystem to work onsite at Facebook’s Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll design and drive planning activities with the primary objective of enabling reseller sales leadership to make strategic, data-driven, and effective operating decisions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support management in strategic, operational, and financial planning, while ensuring decisions are in line with the global sales organization’s approach 
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts based on analysis of revenue performance and other relevant KPIs
  • Conduct market and business analysis to help develop business cases for expanding the reseller network in new geographies 
  • Conduct data analysis on existing reseller business to enable regular reporting and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams in driving recommendations through to implementation 
  • Coordinate across regional Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to solve operational issues related to processes and systems 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, etc.)
  • 3+ years professional experience in sales operations and / or strategy consulting (or 1+ years experience with an MBA or relevant graduate degree)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets 
  • Demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences 
  • Ability to support multiple time zones within a global organization 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel 

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree in analytical field
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau 
  • Previous experience in online advertising, media agencies, or channel sales 

Commitment: This is an 11 mo. contract.
