HireArt is looking to hire a Media Operations Contractor to work onsite at Facebook’s Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll work with Facebook’s media partners through providing support, collecting feedback, and managing communications.
- Provide an amazing support experience to public figures and media publishers.
- Solicit, organize, and contextualize product feedback from partners.
- Assess, quantify, and implement workflow improvements.
- Understand policies and risks in order to translate them into scaled workflows that improve support and product experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Math, Computer Science, etc.
- 1+ years in online operations
- 1+ years in account management or customer service
- 1+ years utilizing SQL and Microsoft Excel in a professional capacity
- Project management experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well autonomously
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple time zones
Commitment: This is a 6 mo. contract.
