Magazine ranked us #223) and looking for a Recruiter to support hiring needs of our growing roster of clients with the help of our industry-changing talent cloud. We work with some of the world’s most respected companies, and our Recruitment team works daily to ensure they have access to the best contract talent available.
About the Role
As a Recruiter, your number one priority will be to provide full-cycle recruiting and fill open job requisitions on the HireArt platform. You’ll be supporting clients building world changing technologies and products that we all use daily. Our Recruiting team acts as the main point of contact for candidates throughout their HireArt journey and owns the candidate experience. The Recruitment team works closely with internal Account Executives and our clients' hiring managers to build curated shortlists of top candidates and ultimately owns the core objective of ensuring our clients fill their open contract roles with excellent candidates.
We have a fill rate that’s well above industry averages, and our product gives hiring managers self-serve tools to search on-demand contractors aggregated from top staffing firms, post job requisitions, schedule interviews, request offers, and more. We like to think this eases the administrative burden of recruiting and lets our Recruiters focus on what matters most -- forming strong candidate relationships and connecting world-changing talent to world-changing companies.

As a Recruiter at HireArt, you will:
Source and screen top candidates for open job requisitions using the HireArt platform, and build curated shortlists of engaged, interested candidates for hiring managers.
Manage candidate relationships through the hiring and interview process, communicating clearly about job requirements, timelines, and compensation.
Negotiate and close job offers extended by hiring managers.
Help to build and maintain candidate pipelines in high-demand job categories and geographies.
Provide candidate sourcing support to Account Executives -- you’ll work to familiarize yourself with a range of roles, learn HireArt’s internal sourcing processes, and become the point person for HireArt candidates interested in working for your assigned clients.
Help to build and maintain candidate pipelines in high-demand job categories and geographies -- You’ll be responsible for identifying strong external sourcing channels, and building on-demand candidate pools for HireArt’s core business lines.
Develop expertise in the contingent workforce space and become a resource to HireArt clients on best practices for building a flexible, contract workforce -- HireArt’s clients rely on us for strategic guidance and long term planning.
Build diverse and inclusive teams.
2+ years of experience as a Recruiter in either an in-house or staffing/recruitment agency environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You have to be comfortable communicating complex ideas in a simple, concise way and can’t be afraid to pick up the phone to get things done.
Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
A passion for and strong familiarity with technology. HireArt’s technology sets us apart from our competitors and you’ll be responsible for communicating how we differ and what we’re capable of to clients.
Capable of executing and thriving in a fast-paced environment. We’re rapidly scaling and to be successful here you need to be dynamic and solution-oriented.
BA/BS preferred but not required.
