Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire an SMB Customer Support representative with bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to work onsite at WhatsApp’s Menlo Park offices. In this role, you’ll provide support to WhatsApp business customers while ensuring a quality experience with a high degree of professionalism. You’ll also work with the Market Support team to further this initiative and communicate trends to improve products. 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ experience in online operations support 
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience supporting customers via email 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Highly detail-oriented 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well autonomously 
  • Ability to quickly absorb training on product and tool functionality 
  • Penchant for web technology, including various web and mobile apps 
  • Passionate about quality and user experience 
  • Evening and weekend availability 

Commitment: This is a 6 mo. contract. Shift hours are 10am - 7pm.
