HireArt is looking to hire an Operations Associate to work on-site at Facebook's Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. This multi-faceted role involves customer service, sales, data tracking and measurement, and internal collaboration.
- Simplify, communicate, and walk-through product changes with existing customers through phone, email, chat, etc.
- Develop new approaches in reaching customers through different mediums.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, and soliciting new accounts.
- Document activities, and conduct opportunity tracking and measurement.
- Collect and synthesize meaningful feedback to drive product roadmap.
- Work and collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross functional teams.
- Remain flexible in work hours to accommodate publishers.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2+ years professional experience in technology sales or account management
- Strong phone presence, and proven track record of consistently developing relationships and winning new business over the phone
- Experience meeting objectives in an entrepreneurial environment
- Comfortable with explaining new product ideas and processes to business decision makers
- Fast learner, with high attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Language capabilities a plus: Spanish, French, German
- Adtech experience is a plus
Commitment: This is a 5.5 mo. contract.
