Job Description

HireArt is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work on site at Facebook's Menlo Park campus in their legal department on a contract basis. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting Regulatory Oversight team with regulatory filings and administrative tasks
  • Serve as point of contact for all vendor-related purchase requisitions/purchase orders and vendor inquiries 
  • Triage issues and complaints promptly and maintain log of tasks and resolutions
  • Ensure email distribution lists, organization charts, and other administrative systems are maintained and current
  • Gatekeeper for all documentation (e.g. state correspondence, contracts, policy and procedure documents, etc.) 
  • Act as a strong liaison to other cross-functional partners in Legal, Finance, and Risk
  • Manage maintenance and content for Payments Compliance internal Wiki to ensure all information is current
  • Other ad hoc projects as-needed


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial, Tech, and/or Legal industries
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with great planning and prioritization skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced atmosphere 
  • Proactive with an ability to take direction
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with all levels
  • Passionate about Facebook
