Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a Client Solutions Manager to work onsite at our client's New York office on a contract basis. In this role, you'll support a high-level marketing team in managing day-to-day operational tasks. You'll act as a point person for your team and work to resolve issues and optimize processes.

We're seeking a Client Solutions Manager who is familiar with direct response advertising and has experience using Facebook advertising tools to drive sales and conversions. You're an outstanding communicator and collaborator, and you thrive in fast-paced environments. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide answers to product questions and assist in product/tools education
  • Issue resolution and management of troubleshooting process 
  • Identify optimization opportunities
  • Manage account creation process
  • Submit and manage operational requests, RFPs, and reports. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience in the digital media industry 
  • Knowledge of direct response advertising
  • Familiarity with Facebook advertising solutions, including using Facebook to drive sales and conversions
  • Excellent written and vertical communication
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team
  • Resourceful, scrappy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience working with data preferred

Commitment: This is a 4-month contract.
