What we're looking for

The SDR will be responsible for connecting with as many prospects as possible, understanding their needs, exploring whether Aircall is the right fit and passing them on to a senior account manager.

We are looking for a talented professional who is seeking a startup experience and is eager for professional development. 
Great opportunity for a 1st job in B2B sales at a fast-growing SaaS startup, with rapid evolution to an account executive position.

In particular, you'll have to:

• Generate qualified demos and outbound opportunities by phone and email 
• Spearhead outbound sales process and build from the ground up 
• Meet and exceed monthly targets and quotas for opportunity generation 
• Understand the product inside and out and articulate our value proposition clearly 
• Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline 
• A desire and capacity to build/maintain a pipeline through cold calling 
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts


• No experience needed - but a strong willingness to learn 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• An entrepreneurial spirit - Our team is hard working, self-motivated and confident 
• Desire to grow into a broader role at Aircall
