Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire an Accountant to work on-site at our client’s San Francisco offices on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll track, query, and run reports on accounts for multiple departments. 

We're seeking an Accountant who is familiar with ERP systems and has advanced experience with MS Excel. You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with business partners and varied teams to achieve targets and goals.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Train on and learn internal accounting tools and systems. 
  • Track invoices against purchase orders and/or budgets for a variety of departments, including Real Estate and Security. 
  • Run reports out of Oracle Fusion (ERP system) as requested. 
  • Query Accounts Payable module for details on purchase orders and invoices. 
  • Work with business partners to align and track details for annual budgets. 
Requirements
  • Experience in accounting and understanding of accounting processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance a plus
