Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a Data Entry Specialist to work on-site at our client’s San Francisco offices on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll support the recruiting team by entering candidate information into the company’s internal system. You’ll coordinate with recruiting leads on data collection, while working to ensure data accuracy. An ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and related experience in an office setting. 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years experience in an office setting
  • Data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication 

Commitment: This is a 1 month contract.
