HireArt is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work on-site at Facebook’s Menlo Park campus. In this role, you’ll work with Facebook’s Recruiting department, providing support to a large team on a global scale.
- Heavy calendaring, including coordinating internal and external meetings as well as offsite events.
- Manage employee recognition moments and celebrations.
- Draft slide presentations, collecting data from multiple sources.
- Additional office duties as needed, such as creating handouts and travel itineraries.
- Build cross-functional relationships between departments.
- 4+ years experience in administrative support
- Strong scheduling and travel coordination skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Incredibly organized and highly detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
Commitment: This is a 12 mo. contract with the opportunity for extension.
