Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work on-site at Facebook’s Menlo Park campus. In this role, you’ll work with Facebook’s Recruiting department, providing support to a large team on a global scale. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Heavy calendaring, including coordinating internal and external meetings as well as offsite events. 
  • Manage employee recognition moments and celebrations. 
  • Draft slide presentations, collecting data from multiple sources. 
  • Additional office duties as needed, such as creating handouts and travel itineraries. 
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments. 
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in administrative support 
  • Strong scheduling and travel coordination skills 
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Incredibly organized and highly detail-oriented 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments   
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere

Commitment: This is a 12 mo. contract with the opportunity for extension.
