HireArt is looking to hire multiple Support Specialists to work on site on Facebook's Menlo Park campus in Menlo Park, CA.
- Providing support to customers and administrators (including company executives) on social media platforms
- Monitor social media posts and identify trends
- Confidently answer questions quickly and accurately
- Drive to meet or exceed daily performance metrics
- 2 years of experience working in an inbound support role
- Technical and/or B2B support experience is desired
- Experience with ticketing software such as Zendesk is preferred
- 2 years of experience working with social media platforms in a professional setting (a huge bonus!)
- College Degree
- Fantastic listening and communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical steps to a non-tech savvy audience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Commitment: This is a 6 mo. contract.
