Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a Community Care Specialist to work on-site with Facebook's Product Operations team. This is a contract role. You will work on a product support team focused on routing issues, interacting with community users to answer product questions, and assisting in troubleshooting issues to deliver a superior product experience. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with excellent communications skills and drive to start their career in an innovative company.
