Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a Client Solutions Manager to work on-site at Facebook's New York office on a contract basis. In this role, you'll support a high-level team in managing day-to-day operational tasks, optimizing processes, and resolving inquiries. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide answers to product questions and assist in product/tools education
  • Issue resolution and management of troubleshooting process 
  • Identify optimization opportunities
  • Manage account creation process
  • Submit and manage operational requests, RFPs, and reports. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience in the digital media industry 
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team
  • Excellent written and vertical communication
  • Proven ability to be able to manage multiple work streams at a time with high attention to detail
  • High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in ambiguous environment
  • Strong passion for problem solving and customer service
  • Passion for Facebook and general knowledge of advertising industry
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data preferred

Commitment: This is a 5 mo. contract.
