Expected Salary$32 - $36 per hour
HireArt is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work on-site at Facebook’s Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll provide support to department leadership in areas of calendaring, event planning, and budgeting. This is a high profile and high traffic position, and an ideal candidate is experienced, highly professional, adaptable, and organized.
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 8yrs+ experience supporting a VP or above and surrounding team
- Experience in heavy calendaring and event planning
- Experience managing budgets and reconciling expenses
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of organization
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Experience with Quip, Concur, and Minutes highly desired
- Experience with space planning a plus
Commitment: This is a 3.5 month commitment. This position requires availability for full-time hours plus approximately 10 overtime hours per week.
