Expected Salary$17 - $21 per hour
We are seeking a customer support representative to work for HireArt on-site in WhatsApp's Menlo Park offices, on a contract basis. This is a part-time (20 hours/wk) customer support role, specifically helping customers who've lost their phones, or whose phones have been stolen, and taking over account safety responsibilities.
You'll also have the opportunity to educate users about the solutions WhatsApp provides and steps that can be taken to prevent future problems on their account, as well as deactivating user accounts per request.
- Must be a quick learner
- Be a self starter
- Have experience using WhatsApp in some capacity
- Have a passion for helping others
- BS/BA degree (or in process) preferred
- *Bonus: Ability to read, speak, and write in Spanish/Portuguese is a plus!*
Commitment: This is a 6 mo. contract role with opportunity for extension or conversion to full-time.
