As an Enterprise Business Development Representative (NAMR), you’ll:
  • Partner with 1 - 2 sales directors to develop and implement outreach strategies.

  • Execute high-volume prospecting activity aimed at booking 1st meetings with key decision makers.
  • Become an expert on the company’s offering and its market.
  • Utilize all available resources, including cold calling, email, and a suite of leading sales enablement tools.
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing a prospect until they're ready to speak.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to drive attendance to webinars and events.
  • Achieve and exceed all monthly and quarterly targets.
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing, business development role
  • A true hunter mentality
  • Highly motivated, with a strong focus on exceeding quotas
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Experience in engaging a varied audience—in terms of level of seniority and culturally
  • Creative approach to your work/problem solving skills
  • Experience leveraging sales tools, such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Analytical approach to your work
  • You’re a self-starter—you own your work and deliver results

Commitment:This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 6-month contract-to-hire position staffed via HireArt. It will be fully remote. Candidates who can work PST business hours are preferred, though not required.
