HireArt is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst who will work on-site at Airbnb on a contract basis. The role’s an ideal fit for an experienced, highly-analytical marketing professional who’s experienced developing marketing metrics, performing performance reviews, and has helped design marketing organizations.
- Define marketing goals that accurately capture the entirety of marketing impact and help develop ambitious but achievable targets against these goals
- Help define & implement marketing project selection / prioritization criteria in order to ensure organization focus on the most impactful projects
- Help shape organization design and growth based on data and analytical insights
- Partner w/ Consumer Insights, Brand Strategy and Connections & Media activation to help prioritize markets, consumer segments & channels
- Help define and lead regular performance review processes including a quarterly business review
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- 12+ years' experience plus relevant education
- Strong business acumen. Ability to use data to drive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality work in a fast paced environment. A passion for building new products and businesses.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization
