HireArt is looking to hire a Live Support Specialist to work onsite at Facebook's Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you'll diagnose and resolve Live issues with Facebook's media partners. A successful candidate is passionate about Facebook's video platform and in finding better, faster ways to get things done.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to media partners.
- Track partner issues from diagnosis through resolution, proactively developing internal documentation.
- File bugs and triage to appropriate engineering teams.
- Assist in improving troubleshooting workflows by identifying challenges and offering solutions.
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting video services or live streaming
Excellent analytical skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to organize and complete tasks without heavy management oversight
Commitment: This is a 12 mo. contract
