Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a Live Support Specialist to work onsite at Facebook's Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you'll diagnose and resolve Live issues with Facebook's media partners. A successful candidate is passionate about Facebook's video platform and in finding better, faster ways to get things done. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical troubleshooting support to media partners.
  • Track partner issues from diagnosis through resolution, proactively developing internal documentation.
  • File bugs and triage to appropriate engineering teams. 
  • Assist in improving troubleshooting workflows by identifying challenges and offering solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • 2+ years experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting video services or live streaming 
  • Excellent analytical skills with outstanding attention to detail 
  • Ability to organize and complete tasks without heavy management oversight 

Commitment: This is a 12 mo. contract
