Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a Contract Administrator to work on-site with Facebook’s Strategic Sourcing team at their Menlo Park campus. This is a full-time contract role with a duration of 2.5 months. 

The Contract Administrator will work closely with the Strategic Sourcing Manager to manage contracts and vendor negotiations, and as well as interface with internal business and cross-functional teams to identify sourcing requirements and define expectations and goals for the suppliers. A successful candidate is a nimble and responsive team member who responds well to feedback, stays organized while acting swiftly, and is able to respond accurately to the fast paced needs of a growing organization.

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail 
  • Ability to understand and interpret contracts
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Marketing sourcing experience is a plus! 

Commitment: 2.5 month contract
