Job Description

The world's largest social media platform is seeking a Triage Specialist to join their Austin operations team!

Responsibilities include:

  • Investigating product quality
  • Understanding and communicating severity of issues to partners
  • Meticulously documenting all findings
  • Communicating effectively between Operations and Product teams
  • Developing test cases and scenarios in order to reproduce and pinpoint the root cause of product bugs

Requirements

  • Passion for ensuring high quality product experiences for millions of users
  • Experience in QA
  • Familiarity with Android and/or iOS platforms are a bonus!
  • BA/BS degree preferred
