Expected Salary$36 - $40 per hour
HireArt is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to work on-site on Facebook's Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for core administrative duties and project work such as event planning. An ideal candidate is experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented, a great communicator, and flexible and efficient under pressure.
- 4+ years experience supporting an executive at the VP level or higher, as well as surrounding team, ideally in the tech industry
- Experience in calendar management
- Experience coordinating travel logistics, meetings, and events
- Experience managing budgets and financial documents/reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with MS Office and Outlook
- Experience with Quip, Concur, and/or Minutes a plus
Commitment: This is a 3 mo. contract.
