Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to work onsite at Facebook's Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. In this role, you'll support the Product Engineering team in areas of administration. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Complex calendar management for a variety of internal and external meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting correspondence, briefs, presentations, and packets 
  • Manage logistics for meetings and events, both on- and off-site 
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Manage and complete expense reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher 
  • 8+ years of administrative experience, including support of a VP or C-level executive
  • Experience coordinating travel logistics 
  • Experience in calendar and expense report management 
  • Experience managing spatial arrangements, with ability to scale to accommodate growing teams 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including calendar functions
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to think, plan, and execute quickly and resourcefully, both autonomously and as part of the team 
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback 

Commitment: This is a 12 mo. contract.
