Our Customer Success (CS) team is a small but growing team of great people who respond to questions about our app, usually within 24 hours. We strive to offer great support, but also in an innovative and fun way.
The CS team works out of our NYC office in SoHo. CS Agents offer assistance to our users via chat message and via phone through our 1-800 number. Candidates should be comfortable with responding to customers via both phone and chat.
The position is full-time, in-office. As we are a startup company, there is potential for advancement based on work ethic, drive, and skills brought to the role. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and regular team social events.
- Experience in customer success or customer service roles
- Comfortable communicating with customers via chat message and phone
- Independently motivated, articulate, and a quick learner
- A sense of humor is a benefit!
- Experience with fintech and/or startups is a plus
