Job Description

HireArt is looking to hire a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to work on-site at our client’s Bellevue office on a contract basis. As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll ensure a seamless experience for the office of an innovative productivity platform and its executives, by performing office management duties, providing preliminary research for projects as well as on an ad hoc basis, and and moving some of the CEOs personal projects forward.

Responsibilities

Office management:

  • Watering plants
  • Ordering supplies/coffee/snacks
  • Updating and maintaining office budget
  • Keeping track of employee key cards
  • Coordinating in-office birthday celebrations and offsite meetings
  • Booking travel
  • Occasionally assisting with mailing investor letters
  • Scheduling miscellaneous maintenance tasks (ex. lock changes, setting up printer, adding shelving to closets, hanging whiteboards, decal installations)

Preliminary research for: 

  • Vendors
  • Doctors/dentists for executives
  • Furniture for executive's home office
  • Best books related to certain topics
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in office support or similar
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work well under limited supervision
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in various office applications

Commitment: This is a part-time, 6-month contract position through HireArt and is based in Bellevue, WA. The person in this role should anticipate working in the afternoons, Monday through Friday, for 2-3 hours per day.
