HireArt is a tech-enabled staffing agency known for its online, work sample-based assessments, and we're looking for a part-time Candidate Assessment Associate to join our team!
We want someone who is sharp and conscientious to play an integral part in our sourcing and candidate assessment efforts. We are tasked with finding ideal candidates to fill an ever-growing number of open positions for our clients who include some of the world's biggest tech companies. Luckily we have a large internal database, but we need your help to match our candidates to the right jobs.
In this role you'll gain expertise in identifying qualified candidates for a range of roles through resume review and grading applications using HireArt's proprietary rubrics. You'll determine whether candidates meet certain qualifications, then think critically about whether they are the right fit for a role.
HireArt also strives to “humanize" applicants' job search – everyone who applies to a job through HireArt knows where they stand in the hiring process, and every application is graded by a person on our team. In this role, you'll add a personal touch by being a point person for candidates during the application process. You'll also proactively reach out to candidates to let them know about new roles and perform candidate screenings.
The ideal person will be process oriented, able to prioritize, and possess solid interpersonal communication skills along with the ability to confidently make informed decisions.

- We need candidates who can come to our office in the morning, Monday - Friday, four hours per day.
- Really strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to empathize with candidates during their job search
- Detail-oriented and vigilant. You should be comfortable with doing tasks where many small details each have equal importance.
- 2+ years professional experience
- Experience as part of a hiring process
- Experience teaching, grading, or evaluating (grad students, former teachers, college professors, or just naturally judicious and discerning people are encouraged to apply!)
